With a background in architecture, Michel Bouchard has designed over 1,000 stores throughout his career. His 30 years of expertise have provided him with an in-depth understanding of both retailer and consumer needs, enabling him to create exceptional shopping experiences. One key conclusion became clear: traditional shopping carts are often either absent or poorly suited to modern retail environments. Michel also recognized that carts should be strategically placed in the aisles, where customers need them most.
This deep insight into the retail landscape drove him to create a product that aligns with his life's work: enhancing the customer experience at every touchpoint.
